Brussels sprouts cabbage is grown for its edible young shoots that really look like little cabbages. It is a winter crop, grows well in cold climates, and even a slight frost. Cancer is a dreaded disease course, but eating Brussels sprouts is actually a simple way to reduce the risk of contracting this disease.
